Let me introduce myself, I am a 44 year old divorced mother of 2 wonderful teenagers.  Although, I was born in Winchester, Ontario, Canada , I  have been a resident of Daytona Beach, Florida for the past 34 years.  I graduated from Mainland High School in  1982.  I have been the owner of a limited Surety Company for the past 20 years and with a devoted staff, I am able to focus entirely on my real-estate career.  As a full-time Realtor, I am dedicated to making the entire process of buying or selling your home as simple and enjoyable as I possibly can. I have extensive real estate training that includes being a Certified Transnational Referral agent and a member of the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations.  I specialize in distinctive properties and deal with multi-million dollar real estate transactions both locally and internationally.  I truly enjoy working with ALL people and now that the world is literally at our fingertips, obtaining international real estate as an investment or permanent residence, is an exciting adventure that I would love to share with you!
