Don Tennant closed his well-known and highly respected school of Real Estate in April of 1992.  Bart felt that the area
should not be without a school so he opened the Bart Jones' SCHOOL OF REAL ESTATE the following month in the
same location.  During the following 13 years the bulk of the classes were taught by Bart and his wife Dee Dee, with.
the devoted assistance of Max & Ditto

Other teachers over the years were Ed McLellan, Bob Holdcroft, Ron Clifton, Lisa Smith, Pat Simon, Tom McPherson,
Bob Hill and Mike Smulcheski.  Courses offered were Sales Associate (5,145 students), Sales Post-License (1,379),
Broker (747), Broker Post-License (677), Continuing Education (2,849)and Broker Escrow Management (77).

Principal location was in Nova Village on Beville Road, but classes were also conducted in Key West, Orlando,
New Smyrna Beach, Palm Coast and St. Augustine.  The school was permanently shut down by the new owner,
after 1 year operation, on June 30, 2006.
